Clarification of the processing of personal data

pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003

Through its legal representative, the company Schweitzer Project AG/SPA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Schweitzer’) with headquarters at Industriezone 7-9, Naturns, Italy, hereby informs you that your completion of the form will lead to the collection and processing of your personal data by both companies pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Italian Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Code’). In particular:

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

– The personal data you provide will be stored by Schweitzer in its databases and used in order to process your request to subscribe to our newsletter

If you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described above, please note that you can easily revoke your consent at any time, free of charge, by simply informing Schweitzer of your decision in writing (see ‘Rights of the Data Subject’ below).

PROCESSING METHODS – Your data will be processed by specially authorised people and data protection officers (as is the official title), who will use tools and resources such as records or magnetic, computer-assisted and telematic equipment to guarantee security and confidentiality. Therefore, the data can also be processed by automated resources designed to store, manage and telematically transfer such data. The databases are located in secure environments. Access to the databases is tightly monitored in line with the provisions of the Code.

MANNER OF DATA PROVISION – Your provision of and consent to the processing of your personal data is at your own discretion.
However, Schweitzer will be unable to carry out your requests if you do not fill in the boxes in the form with your data.

FORWARDING AND DISSEMINATION OF THE PROCESSED DATA – Forwarding or publication of the data for legal reasons notwithstanding, your data may be shared among the companies of the Schweitzer Group. An up-to-date list of these companies is always available on this website under ‘Headquarters – Offices’. Additionally, your data may be forwarded to subjects in Italy and abroad that perform instrumental functions or functions closely connected to the activities of Schweitzer.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT – You have specific rights in connection with the aforementioned personal data under Article 7 of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003 (including, in particular, the right to access your personal data and the right to have it corrected, updated or deleted, and you may also object to the processing of your personal data if you have a legitimate reason to do so); these are, however, limited by and subject to the provisions of Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree.
